I am often telling people about the various books I’m reading, articles I’ve found interesting, or apps I find helpful. I’ve finally decided to compile them all here. I’ve organized them in Pinterest boards so that I can easily add to them. I’ll break them down into different categories. I hope you find something that will inspire you, help you feel calmer, give you a boost or just make you a tiny bit happier.
Oh, and all of these resources are FREE! There are opportunities to delve deeper with paid content, but I very rarely need to.
